Jason Todd was the second Robin (in I believe the 80s) he was killed off because DC Comics had a poll, and most fans wanted him dead (murders). But like most comic book characters he came back to life and is now the Red Hood.He is rumored to be in the Arkham Knight, and I believe he's the Arkham Knight.

Actually he's a playable DLC pre-order bonus as The Red Hood. So he's not Arkham Knight. They say that Arkham Knight will be an Original Character.

We do not know that for sure i mean for all we know there are no details on the story pack it could be a prequel story for how he became the arkham knight just like the batgirl season pass dlc
