He is the Protagonist in something like a dating Game but he doesen't like any of the girls there .

Well, for starters, maybe he could a programmer for the game and the company is trying to make a VR dating game. When working on the prototype, he could learn that the company is going to us the game to take over the world by either making everyone their slaves or mind-controlling them, or something like that. They trapped him in the game to shut him up, and now he's been there trying to free the people. Actually, that would explain why he doesn't like the girls because he knows exactly what they are going to say because he is a programmer. Another idea is that he got stuck in there because of the girls, and he hates them for doing that. I don't know, maybe they fall in love with him and become sentient, eventually sucking him into the game.
I don't know, he's your character, do what you like. I hope I helped a bit. :3
