“How do you like my current form, looks fantastic isn’t it?”. Those voice utter from the thing that stand before us, with its monstrous, distorted face. Overdeveloped muscle and bone bursting out of its body as if they were about to explode, one of its hand has turn into what seems to be a shark’s head, just as distorted as the rest of its body. The thing has so many open orifices that on could not determine where the voice is coming from.
It then cut our bindings and set us free with its claw-like arm and said that it wants to make an offer.
”seeing that you are not likes any of my previous meal, I decide to play a game with you. If you can survive my attacks for more than 15 minutes. I will spare you and take you to my boss. If not, I will eat both of you with wasabi, what do say?”
before we could reach to a decision, Kaleb swings his blade arm at us, nearly slice both of our heads open. It’s clear that he’s not going to spare us even if we win. The only option is to take his six feet under. Minutes pass, from 5 to 10 to 50 minutes, we evade his attacks and try to hit him as much as we can while he continuously sending fang and flesh tendrils toward us. ”that took longer than I expected” said the abomination, clearly and rightfully smirked upon our tattered body. “I have to be honest, I thought you twits would be screaming in agony and died within the first 2 minutes.”
Wait a minute, screaming.. scream…that’s it!” A thought flashes through Camy’s head as she tries to squirm her way through the tendrils.
”everyone, cover your ears quickly!!” She shouted.
Not letting Kaleb has the time to react. Camy begin to scream on top of her lungs. Shattering every glass windows and eardrums that is not well protected. It was the power of the spider creature she has taken during our first time here. And it is damaging Kaleb from inside and out, tearing his body apart, and that is not to mention his sensitive hearing amplified the effect ten fold.
”urghh! This scream… those spiders…. Why… Ho.. how?!!” Kaleb squeals as his body is breaking apart from the sound waves, his eyes bleeding out red tears and he begins to revert back to his human self. Eventually, his augmented body reaches its limit and he collapse to the ground dead, with a horrified expression on what’s left of his face as its melt away into a pile of gush.
“Final..ly, we did it” Camy let out those faint, weaken words before also collapse to the floor, pass out
From tiredness. The other park rangers has left long ago and it seems for now, we survive this fight.
