Oh come on Spitfire. You're an awesome captain of the Wonderbolts and I don't think the Wonderbolts would want any other captain. Sure she did wrong to lie about Soarin's injury and having to rest while Spitfire tried to have Rainbow Dash join her team, and choosing Lightning Dust over Rainbow Dash to lead the training to be wonderbolts, but hey nobody's perfect. She is the best of the best. The trainers need her and the wonderbolts need her. She's that awesome. Plus she makes her uniform look good. lol.

Just because she's got a different attitude for this episode, doesn't mean this is her real attitude. Just like real life, Drill Sergeants are not total hardasses 24/7. She has a reason to be hard on the cadets, especially Rainbow. Duty requires a different face, and If you don't like how Spitfire was in the episode, can you at least understand she had a reason to be that way? I can understand every time she shouted "NOW!", it sounded like vocal fingernails on a chalkboard, but her voice had a reason to be so harsh.

Come on... you're over-reacting. She needs to keep her reputation as the Wonderbolts leader and, to be honest, how would YOU view a boot camp instructor?

They say power corrupts... Well, here's a shining example of it.
A shame, really... The old Spitfire was more... sexy... to me... and a lot nicer.

I personally think there's not much difference between the two. Except for the change in cutie mark, and the different voice actress, the only difference is that the Spitfire in "Wonderbolts Academy" is on duty, while the Spitfire from earlier in the show wasn't on duty, so when she was off-duty she was allowed to be less strict and imposing. Either that or I'm just drunk LOL

Well if you think about it, SpirFire gets to behave like an average pony because she isn't training anyone. But if one wants to become a wonder bolt, she has to be strict to her students and to push them on training. Think military, Its to show discipline.

True, but still I think they should've used another pony as a trainer. Still on the recovery from 'Magic Duel', it's still frustrating...

It's the same voice actor. She just changed her voice and attitude since that's what drill sergeants are like. I won't be surprised if she's like she used to be off duty. We'll probably see it again.

Lol in that episode she was a drill Sargent, she has not changed.

I missed the old Spitfire... when she was cool and awesome and when her voice was more awesome. Now it looked like she watched "Full Metal Jacket" too many times...
Nice job on it nonetheless!

Tell me about it. I still have a hard time accepting what has become of Spitfire. It's almost like she was Discorded.

No offense, but I'm more for the old Spitfire. I understand this Spitfire needs to be hard on her cadets, but she sounds too differently and acts almost OOC.
