I am creating this as a note to myself about how to save just the Diffuse Overlay in DAZ Studio. What a headbanging experience it was trying to figure this all out on my own. I have not come across anything that talks about saving just a single item under Material Presets. It is a different experience than Poser Pro, so the steps are way different.

At this point I already know about the Content Tab => the little + icon at the bottom =>

Uncheck everything then:

Face => Base => Diffuse => Overlay

Make sure that is all that is checked otherwise the program will save additional settings you don't want.

Simple once you figure out how to do it. A real fun headbanging experience if you don't.
