Mheetu in my verse is trans and she is madly in love with Tiifu… She was born relatively late into Scar’s reign and isn’t much older than they are. A few seasons at most. They were distant friends, but grew closer as Mheetu began to present as a lioness to the other members of the pride. This piqued Tiifu’s interest, and with Mheetu’s encouragement an eventual affection, Tiifu would finally grow to be comfortable as genderfluid. They live a happy, race full life together, and would adopt a few cubs of their own.
