this is a custom i worked maybe 7-8 hours on. she's a Celestia base with Liquitex Acrylics and silver Testors enamel for those pretty shiny stars in her mane, tail, wings and cutie mark!! her wings have added clay to give them a more accurate shape c:i worked really hard on her!

you make an account and it will ask you to either link your credit card or your bank account and it will charge from whatever you connect! that way you can pay for anything online like on eBay and all sorts of things. you can also transfer money from your bankaccount to the paypal to buy things specifically online and you can send/receive money to other people.
