In this update: The Wanderer continues to have a Bad Time.
Dottore is well aware of the concept of personal space. He has simply decided to disregard the notion entirely.
Also that panel with Dottore saying “no” is still the peak Impact of my Genshin-ing.

Dottore: In a fair fight, you would doubtless overpower me.... however...

Panel 5: An above and over-the-shoulder shot of the Wanderer, still restrained to the table, grimacing as the last bolts of magical electricity spark across his body. He looks defiantly at Dottore, who looms above him, now at the table's side.

Dottore: I have no intention to fight fair.

Wanderer: Coward.

Panel 6: A side shot of both the Wanderer and Dottore. The Wanderer remains restrained, while Dottore looms above, the nose of his mask nearly touching the Wanderer's nose. Dottore brings up his left hand to grasp the Wanderer's face. It is unclear whether his grip is forceful or creepily gentle. The Wanderer's expression is indignation with a dawning fear.

Dottore: Certainly. But you cannot deny that cowardice has placed me in the far less precarious position, between us.
