For the mascot contest.

This started off as a doodle for teh lulz, but as (and I) liked it so much, I whipped this up quickly, as an official entry.

PARTS IT HAS

Raichu - Tail
Pikachu - Stripes and hind feet
Pichu - Neck thing and main colour (also Plusle and Minun)
Plusle - Hands, electricity colour
Minun - Cheeks
Pachirisu - Hair (lol)
Emolga - Ears
Also brown eyes.

He looks alsomost like a technicolour real mouse~

Named after "Friendly Floyd"
