Another realistic rendering!This time of my very own hand.
I like how this one turned out, all minus the sweatshirt sleeve...I was getting too impatient with that
So sorry it's so light too. Scanner's fault!

Firefox, from a distance, this honestly looks like a faded black-and-white photograph.
I love how you drew the fingers. The careful shading, that perfect curve of the fingers, the wondrous shininess of the nails, all shaded so quietly, so smoothly that it blends in to make this look so amazing.
And I think you've zoomed in on the hand carefully enough to make it take up just the right amount of space on the paper. And the position, so gentle, just a subtle motion of holding a pencil.
The only thing that subtracts a little from the picture is the sleeve. It seems just a bit flat. Perhaps it was not shaded to perfection, or perhaps, it was supposed to be an irrelevant part of the picture and left as is...
But good job! firefox, you've some amazing improvement. Hope you post more art soon!

Honestly, I am very happy how well the fingers turned out. Without sounding cocky, of course. They were fun to do also
I know. Oooh I know. I was getting so fed up with the sleeve. I don't think I've ever gotten so frustrated with a drawing in my entire life. If I had more time and patience, this piece would look 100x better, because the sleeve would actually look done and realistic.
But oh well
