I believe that this is the most intrincate work I've done so far. Instead of just doing a random abstract in bryce, slapping a few brushes on top of it and posting it, I made an effort on this one.The model was made in Wings 3D, and then rendered in Bryce. The PS7 brushing took me an entire afternoon and so many tutorials that I can't even begin to list them here, but let's just say that * everything * I did was a first try to me. Starfields? New. Rays of light? new. The explosion on the tip of the beam? new. The rays around the beam? new. So there you go. I hope the following works look better than this one, I know I have * a lot * to improve yet.

But what inspired it?? This looks like a combination of some things I've seen in Babylon 5 and Titan AE. Can you do more?
