in fact i think this was the very first time i even used photoshop at all
this was mebe done in like....sept of 1999

Highlights would really bring this piece to life. VERY nice job colorizing, a little more detail and he might look like a 3d render!

Not bad, have you been experimenting with it since then?You've chosen a nice color scheme and I can see you've darkened some areas, but I tihin you're missing higlights and or streaks.
