Personality:
Roger is usually polite and kind to other members. However, he don't want others to think he is soft so he usually shows his tough side in public. Roger hates to admit when he is wrong or have gotten into a problem he can't overcome. He will just pretend he have everything under control. Same goes in battles with other Pokemon, he whould never give up even if the opponent is much stronger than him. As a Pokemon who lives in packs, he hates to be alone and thinks everything is more fun with his friends around. He hates pranks and simular behavior, but even so he is rarely really angry. He will just leave if someone or something bothers him too much.

Backstory: Roger was born and raised in a pack of wild houndours. He had a good life, and Roger wanted to become the next leader of the pack. However, the pack's leaders wanted their own child to become the next leader one day. Roger knew that if he callenged the packs leader and lost, he would be banished from the pack, and Roger did not like the the thought of being alone in the world. Roger had to accept that he would never be anymore than a "omega" in the pack, or at least he tried to accept it.

Everything changed the day a trainer came and captured Roger when he was standing guard for his pack at the end of the forest. The trainer had some skill, and Roger learned to respect him. The houndour looked forward to starting a new life with this skilled trainer, mabye the trainer could even help him evolve. But the joy did not last long, for the trainer gave Roger to his daughter, who was a novice trainer, and barely knew anything about Pokemon at all. After a few months traveling with her (they had even won a gym badge) they where attacked by Team Rocket. Roger did not like the thought of changing owner AGAIN and tried to run away, he had also heard so much bad about Team Rocket and how they mistreat Pokemon, even being a rookie trainer's Pokemon was better than that.
But the Rocket grunt was strong and Roger didn't stand a chance, so he was captured and taken to the Rocket hideout.

At first Roger didn't like Team Rocket at all, but he soon understood that he could get stong by working with them. Mabye he could even become an elite member one day, something that would have been almost impossible when he lived with his own pack. Now he is a proud member of Team Rocket.
