Levi is the result of many kraang experiments with differents speces (alien and terrestrial). He was geared toward the underwater prospections and maintenance. He arrived the Earth inside the Technodrome and could scape after it sank in the ocean.

Levi is a really good swimmer, he can see in darkness and has a genuine sense of direction. Nevertheless he's bad at fighting and always tries to avoid problems.
