Description Gules, a bend wavy lozengy Azure and Argent. For a crest, mantling Gules in dexter chief the letter 'A' Or lined Argent, from a wreath of the colours between two wings Gules charged with bends wavy lozengy Argent and Azure a Torch Or. Motto 'Illumino', meaning "I illuminate".
Also we grant a badge to display of a Torch Or between two Wings Gules charged with bends wavy lozengy Argent and Azure.
Also we grant a standard to fly of The arms of the grantee in the hoist and of two tracts Argent and Gules upon which is depicted a Torch Or in all three compartments, along with the motto 'Illumino' in letters Gules upon two transverse bands Argent.

Ok, first of all, I love it... you did a great job,
You could have made the standard's rod a bit thicker, and you could have easily integrated it in the CoA ensemble simply moving it a lil' bit to the right, as the mantle would embrace its rod.
I really like the badge and I think I would have added a golden ball at the base of the torch to make it a little more balanced. The wings are simply genius and also the motto becomes you.
What does the 'A' Or stand for?

I just suggested that you moved the standard a little bit to the right so that the Dexter folds of the mantle would hoop the rod of the standard.
