The Phoenix harpy has a very deceptive name, as they’re actually a part of the Dragon species family. The Appearance and Bird like behavior when in flight or hunting contributed to the designation. The bright colored feathers give the feel of Flames giving this beast an intimidation factor though it’s size of 20 ft in height contributes there too. Armored parts throughout, the Armor is very dense and tough, which gives its tail a deadly use as a melee weapon, especially with it being the Strongest limb second only to its wings. Can be spotted most anywhere and are notoriously difficult to find.
