I read in a book that Werewolves were 'common' in Prussia, Latvia, and Lithuania. This came to mind.Prussia and Liet do NOT get along, and often scuffle. Latvia either tries to calm him down, or just stays out of the way.
It's a full moon tonight, and these three are on the hunt . . . But a comment just might save you.

Okay, this is what you must do: on a full moon, at 11:59, go into the woods and find a circular clearing. Put a steak in the exact center of the ring, and chant PruBen 5 times, wait 4 seconds and do it again until midnight. You will hear a howl. Follow the sound and you should find him sitting in a large, hollowed-out fairy tree, but he can't leave. Have fun.
