How absolutely adorable! I love his little smile and his freckles! His wings could use a little more definition (like a stroke of dark color right near the wing fold highlights to pop them out a little more) but thats my suggestion. Still, he's really cute!

^^ i've actually got a portrait of a baby dragon i found online... not on here tho... i've debated tryin to draw it but i can't draw worth shiz... sry wicked reference (i love wicked!!!) ummm i've debated tracing it if it's not copyrighted... seriously that's the best art i can do if it isn't photography... v.v oh well >.>

Coolies... Just keep trying, that's the only way to get better... quite honestly... if you go back a few years in my gallery... EW.... lol... you just gotta keep working and don't let anyone tell you different, and you'll get better. ^_^
I've found the best way to learn to draw dragons, is to learn to draw horses... O.o The have about the same face structure...
Wicked is on my list of 'to read' but I've not gotten there yet... been distracted...

lol now that u said "ew" i'll just hafta go back in ur gallery a few years and check, u realize that rite? lol jk jk, but i might anyway ^^ really, the best way to learn how to draw dragons is to draw horses? i might just hafta find an online help thingy with that then... don't wanna sign up for an art class all semester just to learn how to draw horses... i'd prolly suffer thru it all... if ur reading 'wicked: the life and times of the wicked witch of the west' (if thats wut u meant by wicked), i wud also recommend reading the grimmerie... i think thats wut its called... i shud kno, ugh, but i dont... its leathery and green bound and its got a ton of info on the original broadway cast musical, i love it... my choir teacher has it but for some reason its disappeared... kinda creepy lol... anyways i'm sure you'll enjoy both books! (wow, long comment, sry. i get wordy sometimes.

Only reason I keep them is 'cause some of them are the same chars I'm still drawing....
I love reading, but don't usually have much time for it now... I really love the Wicked witch and curse and such books... those ones are good, got through them last year 'bout this time... figured since I didn't get the reference, it was from the other one XD I'm just hoping to get through Valiant and Fablehaven 2 before school starts (Ya, right... ) on Monday... I don't mind long posts lol... although it doesn't really have anything to do with the pretty dragon.... lol.... and I get wordy too ^_^;;

lol i promise i won't criticize u too badly ^^ i'll prolly like the stuff u do, i'm not picky... have u read the charmed books, by various authors (tho created by constance m. burge)? u seem to like supernatural stuff, so u might like those, if u kno the episodes... i'm glad u dont like long posts cuz i'm bound to post long sometimes ^^
