Mashed together a few old sketches just to give this guy a temporary reference sheet.I will update with a nice neat one soon!
The anatomy is hideous, I know, it's only a concept and will be fixed up when I remake the sheet!

He might be the grandchild of Arikon (Gen 1) , Flare is Gen 3 but has no confirmed relatives! If your Acherra has a few little similarities then maybe they could be a sibling Flare? :>

What do you think? Do they look like brother & sister :3 ? I was thinking of tweaking her design a lil anyways maybe I could put a little Flarness in her to make em look more related? (if its cool w u of corse)

Since her stripes are quite reddish in colour, I think she will be fine as she is! She would make a wonderful sister to Flare and they are both teenage too which is a bonus! xD

Omg I LOOOOOOOOVE him! Everything you design is always so visually appealing. Oh man I LOVE those red and white STRIIIIPES omgomg! Plus those yellowredorange EYESSSSS omg I love them! Plus the feathers match SO WELL omg I LOVE him in those feathers! He's just this gorgeous mass of warm-colored hotness and I LOOOOOVE it!
Plus he's not like an adult war-hardened general like most of the Archerra I've seen. He has a refreshing personality and I think it fits into the canon so well. I want to see moar of himmmmmm omgomg awesome Archerra is AWESOME yes. <3333

Haha I thought the same thing, everyone has these aged/epic warriors so I thought it would be fun to throw in a young, playful guy, harassing the generals and generally fangirling over them and wishing to be like them! I think the ungainly characters can be the most fun! :3
