it was very easy to understand!

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?

i went with the second prompt the owner wrote, since im more familiar with fantasy based designs

anyway, so i based the design mainly in morays and eels but i added one pair of catfish fins on his upper tail (?) but i didn't add fins on his head because it made the design look crowded and instead added a pair of long ears, but the owner can change them if they want to

i also decided to add a few glowing spots on him since eels have poor eyesight, they generate low-level electric charge that helps them see their surroundings and locate prey, the accessories are also based on their habitats as the owner requested except the coins of course

as far as quirks go, i mean he can probably shock someone with electricity (?)

i think i'll leave the abbilities and info on the owner
