I see only 2 little problems that are moreso te tileset than your mapping, 1) The well is missing the rear posts to support the other side of it's roof, 2) some of the tiles are missing some details like (the arch is missing a border on part of it, the thatched thingy on the bottom left is missing some small detail)

That's pretty awesome...The characters have a cartoon-y feel to them.
