The following description contains spoilers for 'Crowfeather's trial'I finished the book a few days ago and I liked more than I expected. I never 'liked' Crowfeather or Breezepelt when I was reading the principal series, but with this book I actually liked both(??
I played like too much with the eyes and basically Crowfeather, so it looks a bit strange(?
I mean, the bond between Nightcloud and Breezepelt is very important in this book, and I liked all the reactions when the soats 'killed' Nightcloud, and how Crowfeather tries to be, at last, a father to Breeze. My opinion of both has increased a lot.
But the ones I didn't like it were Onestar and Lionblaze. I never expected that Lionblaze (and Berrynose) to be spiteful so with the cats that fought with the Dark Forest, specially with the Breezepelt (that yeah, he tried to kill Lionblaze, but everyone was forgiven and he didn't do something bat to have that hate at the book) ; at the principal ones no one gives a lot of importance to them. And sorry I might be a minor but I only liked Onestar when was Onewhiskers. I understand that he tries to be a leader after Mudclaw revelation, but I can't understand that hate to ThunderClan and he insulted Bramblestar because yes(?. He tried to help him and he obtained a comparation with his father lol.
Last, I liked how the prophecy was interpreted by different forms. Also, Crowfeather asked for Leafpool most of the book and he only get his son, Jayfeather :''D I feel sorry for him.
