Nice shot! The floating stick or piece of grass in the upper left corner should have been edited out I think, it can be distracting and takes away from the main focus. Also since it's titled reflection, I feel like you could emphasize this by cropping it so it's portrait layout and having the bird/reflection centered. Other than that though this is a very nice photo ^_^
