this is a pic from the manga Fairytail. i have colored it but i didnt draw it, it is (c) Hiro Mashima...now for those who dont know what fairtail is, its a wonderful story about a magical guild called fairytail and the story bases around this guild (namely Natsu, the red head dude Happy, a cat and Lucy, the blonde girl)
