Description More steampunk jewelry. I have been taking a part pocket watches for their parts. I had these little watch charms, so I figured why not make earrings.
I was thinking of adding one more watch gear to each earring, what do you guys think?

Materials: watch charms, watch gears, silver chain, and earing hooks.

These are beautiful, and the way you linked the chains to the sprockets is neat in how it blends in to everything else. Did you age the chains deliberately?

Adding one more gear would be useful for the jingle factor, but the simplicity of these as photographed is tremendously appealing. Did you decide what to do with them?

I have so much beading and jewelry making stuff it's ridiculous I didn't age this chain myself, I either bought it this way or it's been sitting around so long it aged on its own.

I decided to keep it simple. And they are dangling from my ears right now.

You'll be seeing more clock pieces. I got a bunch of old, busted pocket watches and I've been taking them apart for their parts.
