Well, I typed Ruffled Tulip into Google and got some extremely similar looking tulip images, so I'm guessing that that's what they're called. Type it in and see what you get?

I see that you live in the Netherlands...I'm sure that if you can't find any around you to buy right there that you could probably order some bulbs online somewhere. It might be a bit spendy because ordering anything offline is expensive, but shop around and I'm sure you'll find something!

Yes! I believe they are Ruffled Tulips, though I can't find much on a name online anywhere...I absolutely LOVE these tuluips and I live for when they bloom every year
