i think i actually like the other one better with four stages because this one has less distinction between the layers... the first one looks lighter than the other two but the other two look almost exactly the same.... thanks for the tips!

Yeah this time I went for solid images (also the 2nd image in the other one wasnt actually of the same sequence).
The 'take off' image is lighter due to the flash going off for that one but not the other two (flash doesnt charge quick enough for the camera).
