Commission for `Rubycored .
A long overdue one, too!

This commission is roughly as old as the "Four Girls Playing Cards" (if I remember well, the original sketch was done after the first -and scrapped- version of the already named picture)

BUT

This time I actually re-sketched the picture. Which was a good thing, because I can't understand what's going on in the original one, second it's so crowded I'd have taken much, much more time than this to colour.

Third, Scar got a new armour. I couldn't have kept on working on the old one. I couldn't >:

I was asked to draw Jayden "Scar" Nacaren and demon Kayla Nacaren fighting. While I was at it, I threw (Armoured) Wipe and (Witch) Talen in the picture too.

Actually, Wipe was visible in the other sketch, while in this we just see its blade, its foot and part of its hair. Oh well.

About Witch Talen... Well, the design is actually taken from ~Rei-13 's entry she did for my first horror contest. That's because I grew too angry about doing Witch Talen's design, so yeah...

I have no idea whether she's alright with it or not. Didn't ask

At the beginning we were planning of placing Marcos's manor on the background, but then the idea was scrapped. I don't mind the simplicity of this background, even though those columns gave me a headache too XD You'd think they're easier to do, and instead...

The funniest part was doing the cube of ice on Kayla's trident. For once, the "it's magic" excuse actually works. There's no way ice could stay solid in this kind of setting.
And Talen's magic was supposed to look blue-ish, but then it became magenta, but at least it looks decent.

There was some blood on Wipe's blade too, but then it was removed on request. Oh Wipe, no one can take you seriously P: Not even I can do that.
