Description
This is my first entry for *MariaRobotnik93 's contestI took a lot of time because I wanted to complete all my four entries first, but you know that my pc decided to delete my files...
I didn't have enough time to colour the entries with the computer again, so I used colored pencils.
Aaaaaaaaaand the scanner ate the colour, as always.
I hope I'll be able to submit my second entry tomorrow.

Why don't you read the novel and figure it out?

Why should I? These characters aren't mine nor I'm interested in guessing whether their creator and owner ever read that novel to begin with.
If you can't explain what made you leave such a pointless and unrelated comment on a dA submission when asked, please refrain from leaving further of them. It's a waste of people's time.

You're condoning and catering to plagiarism, to put it bluntly. It's offensive.

Using real names is not offensive nor is classified as plagiarism. Your sheer stupidity, however, is offensive to whoever actually studied laws or bothers to open a dictionary.
Do a favor to everyone and stop breathing our air.

First, and in all good sport and not at all to make you feel bad, I have a few tips. You should know it should be either "Using real names is not offensive nor is it classified as plagiarism." or "Using real names is neither offensive nor classified as plagiarism.".
On this note, (and still with no intention of insulting you or generally making you feel bad) it should be: "Your sheer stupidity, however, is offensive to whomever..."
A good way to remember the difference between "Who" and "Whom", is to replace them with "He/Him". For example, your sentence could also be written as "Your sheer stupidity, however, is offensive to him."
You would -not- say, "Your sheer stupidity, however, is offensive to he." Therefore you would not say "whoever". Unless of course you rephrased it to say, "He is offended by your sheer stupidity." You could rephrase it -many- different ways of course, this is just an example. Bat away, I'm not going to dictate how to correct your own sentence.
Now, I will move on to my real response.
Let's pretend I named a character "Susan", and in another book there was a character named "Susan". In that case you would be right, that would not be plagiarism.
If I, however, created twin characters "Susan and Sally" after another book featuring twin characters "Susan and Sally" it would take a bit of convincing to let that slide. However, if I also stole elements from said other book, that would be borderline offensive.
Now. Let's change the name of the first character "Susan" to a made up name specifically used for a character in the first book...let's go with a weird combination of vowels and consonants..."Adefrileaty". Don't ask me how to pronounce that. Let's say Ade-girl, over here, in the book has a twin named "Sally". If I created twin girls named "Adefrileaty" and "Sally" in a book...can you really not see how that might be offensive? As offensive, as, if perhaps, someone named three characters "Harry, Hermione, and Ron" for their own individual story? With similar relationship ties?
It's pretty offensive to me, and I'm sure I wouldn't be the only with this opinion for more famous characters. I guess in the laws you've studied, it doesn't count for lesser known characters.
Now, that I've made my point on that subject, I'd really like to address this implication of my "sheer stupidity" and that I've never bothered to "open a dictionary".
I'd like to humbly request that you count the number of times I've insulted you during this short exchange, so I might apologize for them and also see what I've said that could possibly be provocative enough to deserve that.
I mean, before you act offended or whatever, maybe you should just take a step back.
Behavior like this would be completely understandable, if I were...say...a "troll". If I were a troll, I could probably certainly think of way worse things to say or do, than point out something that I wasn't sure you were aware of or not.
To end this passive tone, I think you should take this moment to realize you're the only one trying to take this a step further. With your hurtful, just hurtful, biting words. I mean, ouch. Really?
Also, this is the internet. I am in my room with all of my windows and doors closed. If you were, at this exact moment, standing outside of my bedroom window watching me. I would not be- I could not be- breathing your air. Asking for an impossible favor is a little silly, don't you think? It's like asking me to take a bite out of the moon. It's not happening and therefore I can not stop it. I'm sure you're far and safe from my air hoarding habits. I do have a problem with that, actually, I've been engaging in a fair amount of "Air-Thief 101." I'm currently on step one, "Knowing is half the battle, but not breathing means you die."
On a final point, just to address everything you've said, I feel obligated to say one last thing. Given the fact you're trying to start a petty little argument over pride issues...on DA...on the internet...I would have to guess that you aren't much more mature or intelligent than you believe me to be.
Take that as you will, "Pot calling the kettle black"...."Takes one to know one"..."I know you are but what am I?" Whatever. Have the rest of this conversation with whichever response you pick. I'm sure it will be lovely.
Unfortunately, I have more pressing engagements that don't, thank goodness, involve some sort of intelligence....pride...legal...adolescent...debate.
....
Like scribble my crayons all over my coloring book page. Because, you see, I'm a far cry too stupid to stay inside of those lines. Damn these circles and squares. So difficult.
After a while, crocodile.

I'm sorry to hear that you lost some files.
This picture is very pretty, and it's nice once in a while to colour by hand, don't you think?
