This piece is very cute! I believe you added elements that fit both the cute aspect of the bunny you were looking for and classic details of a reaper. I believe you fulfilled your vision of a cute reaper.
You chose to do a fanart, and turn it into a theme. I believe the theme you chose and details you added to fit that theme were original. The colors matched the character as well, and fit the theme. While I wish it would have been a little more spooky/threatening, I can see from classic details such as the scythe that she is a reaper.
The technique here is unpolished. Many of the lines are either visible where they need to be smooth, or are blurred where they need to be sharp. The flowing of capes looks alright, but the face and hair, especially the eyes, are very unrefined and takes away from the piece. Unfortunately, the bunnies in the background are also distracting as they just seem to be inanimate dark spots, rather than a rabbit form(even if a dark one). It looks like you had the right technique on small things such as the braid, it just lacked the clean lines and details it needed. The coloring is consistent in terms of saturation and contrast, but I also did not understand what the specks were around her either.
I believe for a "cute bunny reaper", I am feeling more cuteness than anything. I wish I would have gotten more of a darker feel, and lighting and color would have been played with for a darker, spookier feel to this piece. I'd say since you were going for a cute feel, you did well.

Ohh the bunnies on the back are shadow creatures from her world. Their long ears made them look like bunnies ^^
