What is the story of your comic ? I would like to know !

What is appealing in this piece ?
- You have strong inking skills ! I like the way you play with the different lines. You are able to create depth and shading with one and only colour, which isn't something everyone can do ! I also like the fact your lines are precise but not "mathematically precise" so it creates a soft sketchy effect. It is especially visible on the creatures, and adds a lot to the feeling of craziness ! Great job with that !
- I like the composition, with the pens : it creates a nice bond between you (the artist) and the character. I feel like you are the one deciding of the story here, and it depicts your role upon your characters very well. You are the god of your universe, and everything is due to you and your pens. I think the artist's role is too often forgotten, so it is nice to see "you" within your drawings. 
- The character's design is very interesting : I like the fact this rabbit looks like a sort of "lolita" with their umbrella. It gives them an elegant image, and quite noble. Is your character a prince or an important person ? Moreover, I think their expression is quite interesting. They look frightened and tensed but still try to control themselves. As if they were paralyzed by fear but still wanted to seem strong in some way. I don't know, do I make sense ? I would only say it is quite hard to determine if they are male of female.
- These creatures are frightening and create a nice contrast with your rather cute character : I like the fact they are totally covered in black. That way, they are entirely composed by several creatures but are united under a common big shape. It adds to the frightening feeling. Finally, I would say they depict the fact we shadow reflects our feelings pretty well : they look like uglier, scary rabbits, full of hatred. That's a very interesting conception !

What could be improved ?
- The contrast between under the umbrella and around it isn't very defined : I feel you shouldn't put a shadow behind the lovely rabbit because it doesn't follow the logic of the rest of the piece. If shadows are meant to be outside of the umbrella area, then putting one under it is quite disturbing and breaks the harmony and intensity of the piece. If that makes any sense.
- The link between the black liquid dropping on the umbrella and the huge creatures could be reinforced : I feel like if you add some drops on the floor, almost near the feet of the rabbit, it will create a cage around the character. Here, the drops remain a bit unnoticed because they are too far from the feet of the rabbit, and become creatures a bit too quickly. 
- Your signature is a bit too obvious in my opinion : I would have put it at th bottom of the piece, so it doesn't bother the audience's eye. Just my opinion, thought.

As a side note : I think adding some taller creatures near the paper edges could be a nice idea to create an even more threatening scene.


Overall, you did an awesome job ! I love the way you framed everything, and there are only minor things to change so the piece is perfect !

This is a nice piece. I enjoy the way that you connected your pens to the lines in your drawing, to me that is special. I like the meaning behind this piece, your character seems to reflect the mood you were in when you created this piece. It's always nice when art relates to their creators and represents parts of them. I'm also glad you find comfort in drawing Foosha! 

The ink work in this piece is nice, the lines are crisp. You have detailed well with your pens and the shading isn't harsh! I really like the shadows, they do look scary, the use of sharp harsh lines effectively portrays this!

There is nothing I dislike about this piece, only things I think that could improve it. I think maybe a bit of foreground and background could add more depth to this piece, I feel like there should be something under your character and the shadows. Also my eyes get a little lost with your character, you could potentially fix that with darkening the lines around him or adding a touch of colour? 

Overall, I think it's sweet how drawing your little one cheered you up and how much effort and love you put into producing him/her. This is a nicely inked piece that is interesting. The deeper meaning behind it makes for good storytelling. Job good!

Really frightening! What impresses me most is that the little...Foosha's the name, right?...is drawn in a style so defined, while the...shadow bunnies?...are almost liquid, like china blots which spontaneously took form. The streaks from above that make it look like it rains are really a nice touch

What intrigued me was the monsters staring at the cute little character under it’s umbrella. The terrifying faces of the shadows really invoke fear into the character. The roughness of the coloring also adds to the intimidating looks of the shadows because it’s supposed to be ugly as well. It wouldn’t look as scary if the shadows were fully colored, and the line art of the shadows are smooth. Well, according to the description, it is telling the character not to be afraid, otherwise the shadows will leap at her. The anime eyes contributes a lot to the cuteness of the character; The cuteness indicates a very innocent character. I’m impressed with the idea of placing pens atop of the sketchbook; It’s almost as if the ink is actually dripping on to the umbrella. Since there is only black and white, they compliment the dreadful atmosphere. The shadows on the character are made of individual lines. There are some places that don’t have multiple lines, but I think it would ruin the picture a little bit. The deviation has a contradiction in it due to the horrifying shadows scaring little Foosha.

Overall, the combination of two themes is what intrigued me when I first saw this; Especially, the design, and expression on the characters face.

I like how you managed to convey big emotion with such a relatively simple drawing! It's a nice mix of cute and dark too
(Plus, I like how you arranged your pens to make the 'ink' flow out of them into the picture ^^)
