Hallo!  Due to continued absence of justayne (tagword: "elegant"), I'm stepping in to close off Tagline 29

This work depicts a young lady in a lovely, warm, late afternoon, parasol in hand and a dreamy expression in her face.  The willowy lines of her pose flow through to the parasol in a nice, smooth rhythm, and her willowy form against the wafting petals in this breezy meadow made me choose this work as the most "elegant" in your gallery.

The colour palette you've used for this piece is really gorgeous.  I think the interplay of pink, purple, and indigo has been very well handled, and the overall effect is both pretty and soothing.  The semi-translucency of her sleeves is a nice touch, contributing to the light and airy feel that permeates the work.  I appreciate the way you depicted the petals in motion in the foreground.

Sapphiria herself is characterised well, and she both blends and stands out against the background, so kudos to you there.  A peaceful and ladylike personality, and a love of nature, shines through.  The interplay of her makeup with the scenery and her hair is pleasing to the eye.  The lace around the edge of the parasol is a particularly nice touch, and I like the attention to detail where you've added areas of overlap in the lace.

Now, in terms of con-crit: I know you're aware that the hair is a little unnatural.  I would suggest that the primary reason for this is that you've drawn the hair in a few big chunks, and failed to add any flyaway strands.  I think the long chunk of her hair on the left of the painting is moving too much in comparison to the bulk of the rest of her hair.  (Why is the hair around her face static?)  Be careful also to allow some of the background to show through her hair in places.  It is not a solid object.

I think there has been over-enthusiastic use of the flower brush in this piece.  It's not the number of flowers that's problematic, but the fact that so many of them are obviously the exact same flower (this is particularly an issue in the foreground.)  It would be better to mix up your brushes more, and to make use of tools like rotate, and flip selection, to make each flower look unique.  (On another tool-related matter, try using tools like warp to really nail your parasol pattern.  Tutorials like this one may give you some ideas: www.youtube.com/watch?v=GthPgx… )

Anatomically speaking, I have two main points: firstly, she doesn't seem to have eyelids; secondly, there are some anatomical issues with her hand (particularly the index and pinkie fingers, which seem to have extra joints.)  You might find it helpful to google images of anime girls holding parasols/umbrellas to see how other artists have tacked this issue.  However, on the whole, I think this is one of the better pieces in your collection in terms of anatomy--in particular, the eyes look somewhat more pleasingly spaced than in many of your other works. (Remember: in general, there should be a space the width of one eye between the eyes.)

It should be stressed that the technical issues don't negate the impression you attempted to convey I think you've made a really eye-catching and memorable piece here

 I love the depth you placed in the imagery.   

She looks so calm and tranquil and it looks like a lot of hard time and work went into this piece. I don't think that i would ever have the patience to draw as any flowers as you did right there. Now that's love.   

And everything about the use of color is complimentary.   You slayed this challenge. Lovely sky.

You are getting good at creating interesting skies. However as with your last picture, consider where you want your focal point to be, this is where you want people's eyes to spend the most time, normally the character.
You have good tonal contrast in this picture, now try to start think about saturation variation. Currently the roses and sky have very high saturation and so compete with the girl for our attention. This also means that the picture can be more tiring to look at with no one where rest our eyes. 

Another thing to consider is that as things get further from you they start to loose saturation and contrast and become bluer. In this case your furthest rose bushes shouldn't be such a bright green. 

Still I love the bright but peaceful mood this picture has, well done.

i love her subtle expression of peace and silence, it really fits with the background that
also feels peaceful. The colors are terrific, the roses pop out well and her dress makes her stand out.
one tip for next time (if you want to use it) is to not put the main subject in the center.
nevertheless Beautiful work!
