Your point about teenaged girls being prone to sexual experimentation is true, though in this case it runs the clear intent of the artist. And the fact that it was submitted to 'Anime-Yuri-Group'.

I thought so. Really it's up to the artist whether they are or not, since it's their picture born of their mind, and therefore their realm to determine. But I take the liberty of observing that the artist has not asserted one way or the other
