Hey, that comic I finished is finally out. I even got to pitch two of the ideas (though I still didn't get to really write them). But its got all sorts of fun stuff like buff lady cops with 80s hairstyles, cute punk girls, space horror, Bray Wyatt as a genie, and the usual cavalcade of tiny background references that are incredibly easy to miss!

I'm pretty sure Elvira is a copyrighted character and even with those big muscles, Abdomina is no match for a team of intellectual property lawyers, so it's for the best she is rocking her own look.

Well, I love Elvira... But, I rather do a slight homage to her than a full on muscle version. This is our hostest with the mostest. And while she has a personality that is slightly the similar... They also are very different in many regards. Honestly I view Abdomina as the next in line from The Bride, Vampira, Lilly munster, Morticia,and of course Elvira. All of those ladies are influences and Abdomina would not exist without her...
One key difference between Abdomina and Elvira, is how they break chains. Elvira breaks them with her breasts, Abdomina likes to break them by wrapping them around her biceps and flexing. But, she can do the breast breaking method too!
