It honestly depends on what your looking to do with it. I was gonna get a get that because it was cheaper but I looked at the Bamboo Create and it was cheaper then the intuos but bigger drawing area, but the downside was its feature list and specs compared to the Intuos5 touch small. Ultimately I went with the Intuos5 small because it out spec'ed it my other choices and believe me, if your coming from an older model and going to and intuos, you will notice it right away!
Long story short, intuos is more of a professional based tablet and any bamboo tablets are hobby based.

you should be fine then. it would be a better tablet to start off with then the Left one in the photo.
