Well, for me if I think about cute... I think about light pink and light blue, like those light pastel colors. No problem~

aww..yeah i think it's b/c of the coding you're using? there are slight variations on how to do the custom box..sometimes it seems to push the BG image UP so that part of it is actually BEHIND the uhmm..title area at the top? Easiest fix is to open the image in photoshop and just give it a thin band of colour along the top which will aid in pushing the parts of the image you actually want to SEE..down a bit and below the part its hiding behind
does that make sense? xD

it's so adorable!!!! Im using it but im trying to figure out how to make it repeat, its not stretching enough in some places (if the content is long ;u help?

DA custom box BGS -do not- repeat. There is no way for them to do so. If the BG is too short for how much content you personally have in your boxes then you need to open the BG in photoshop (etc) and make the image longer yourself .

I use a combination of Photoshop and Illustrator for images, and notepad to code things

The web address (URL) of the image needs to be pasted there in order for the code to work.

No I didn;'t say the URL of Deviantart. I said the URL of the image itself.
Right click any image online and choose 'copy image url' or 'copy image location' , etc.
For example, this image's url is -> [link]

Hello! I'm confused
Are you trying to use *my* image or the image you linked me to which is not mine?
Either way the url you need is the image location...you can find any images url by right clicking it and choosing 'copy image location', or 'copy image url' (or something to that effect).

well im trying to use both.
i just learned how to get the url now but when i use it the stuff i had gets covered by the bg image.

firstfear In reply to jesslovejoy [2011-08-22 02:50:12 +0000 UTC]
I'm not sure I understand You already have custom box bgs in use. simply replace the url being used already with a new one
.
If you do it again and still have issue, leave it up and let me know so I can take a look and see what is happening
