resize? Pixel art actually can't be resized w/o ruining it's quality and messing up a bunch of the pixels, kind of rendering it no longer true pixel art. True Pixel art has each pixel placed by hand, but when you resize something, the program you're using is then replacing each pixel itself. One can resize something by hand in Pixel art but that's more just redrawing something at a smaller or larger scale than resizing
so to answer your question, I drew it at that size xD

haha! xD this was actually drawn at my last job between calls (tech support job) in MSPaint. I'd forgotten I'd emailed it to myself at some point and put it on my thumbdrive. I have a looot of files on my thumbdrive
