For everyone who don't understand how flash works.
There is a site called "Udemy" that teaches poeple how to use programs (and other stuff).
"Andy Anderson" have uploaded his lessons about Flash cs5.5 and you can learn from it totally free.

He will teach you everything what a flash can do.
It helped me alot.
