there's nothing wrong with it. anyone can view your browser history just by opening a panel on your browser, it's not like they're getting into your deep, personal shit.
the intelligent search and advertisement is something used by a lot of companies now, but it's most noticeable with Google because they own sites like Youtube. it does no harm to you or your computer. i'm not sure what you're scared of about it, they're not using it to get personal information (though hackers can).
