Description day, though the sketches I produced are scrappier than usual😰 And fortunately, I finally met the ddl yesternight 😳

And this is a sad theme, I know. Elrond is really sorry that he fails in healing his wife and restoring happiness to her, and Celebrian sorry for being not strong enough to endure her pains and keep her beloved family company. Neither speaks of these sentiments; it would be too heart-breaking, I think.

I believe Celebrian, soft and gentle as she might be, also has a good share of inner pride that characterizes her family line. She won't display how very wounded she actually is in face of her husband and children (she might be ashamed to do so), but anyway, the perceptive Elrond can easily tell what she is thinking of.

And tbe lady needs be off-guard for the full recovery of her being. She will certainly manage that in a safer place like Valinor.

Celebrian certainly does have a lot of inner strength. After all, she is Galadriel's daughter. But I do characterize her as being very gentle and soft as well.Β

Very touching picture!Β

Thanks!

Yes her kindness and gentleness is well backboned by her strength, though she might not be feeling the same after the orkish attack. But she will soon rediscover her share of Noldorin strength as she reachesthe shores of the Blesses Realm, and her own strength sustains her as much as other privileges of Aman will assist her recovery

Thank you for your comment. I think it is really traumatic for both of them to have to be apart from each other; fortunately, these two are going to have a peaceful reunion in the end~ Not all Tolkien's characters are that lucky, I shall say.
