Description
An offense to the eyes, Dazzle is an expert at diversionary tactics, and psychological warfare. Even Optimus Primal is unable to lay eyes on Dazzle's brightly colored form, making mission assignment a difficult task. All attempts to get Dazzle to change to more suitable colors have failed, as the neon-Maximal is extremely sensitive to criticism.Well, it hurt to draw, but I did it. A goddamn sparkledog Transformer.

I think my favorite part is pretty subtle: for his transformation scheme to work, at least one of his heads must be shoved up at least one of his asses.
