Description
Briar is a Corpseplant, one of Outworld’s few remaining forms of plant-life. Taking root in the recently deceased, they take complete control of the body, using it to kill more potential hosts for their kind. In preparation for the Outworld invasion of Edenia, Briar was planted in the body of an Edenian lord by Shao Khan himself, and was snuck back into Edenia to create an army of Corpseplants that would weaken the Edenian defenses.

Fatalities:
Feed Me!: Briar’s upper body splits down the middle, revealing a voracious maw that swallows his opponent whole.

Green Thumb: Briar forces his hand down the throat of his opponent, filling them with seeds that quickly grow into thorned vines that burst from inside of their body.
