Possessing a miniaturized fabrication and assembly device in his chest, Spywheel can almost instantly produce a variety of simple tools and objects to suit whatever mission he is engaged in. During the rise of the Functionists this ability labelled him an Outlier, and cost him much of his political backing, but not that of Senator Shockwave. Taken to learn at the JAAT, Spywheel learned to assemble more complicated devices, but also learned the source of these creations. Whenever he engaged his ability, it stripped away material from inside his body. Though the materials harvested were microscopic, the continued degradation of his internal mechanisms meant that the use of this ability had to be carefully moderated. A precaution that was often forgotten about in the million years of war that would follow.
