Description
The former system monitor Lok was always a program of few words, so when he was nearly derezzed in the underground disc games and lost the use of his voice, nobody was all too bothered. Lok first turned to the underground games when he was forcibly removed from monitor duty for aggressive interrogations, and deresolution without administrative approval, and his vicious streak made him a rapidly rising star until his accident. Aided by a program named Cipher who specializes in code modification, Lok can now speak through a Bit that has been bonded to his code, albeit in the Bit's own basic language.
