Originally built to spy on the Autobots, not a single Decepticon will take responsibility for building Knockoff. With a processor so slow that a Dinobot could outwit him, and armor so thin that a slight tap on the chassis will cause him to crumble into a pile of scrap, Knockoff's only useful skill is his refusal to stay dead.Related content

I'm having a hard time working out how in the heck he transforms. Still, cool character! The car wouldn't be a Pinto, would it?

From the lack of a prominent seam down the center, and the layout of the car quarters and kibble on the arms and legs... I'm thinking that the transformation would start with a 180 degree twist at the waist.
The left half of the car is his legs, the right half his arms. Twisting the waist puts both front quarters and both rear quarters on the same sides. Then it would be a matter of fiddling with the torso to collapse it, rotate the chestplate, and hide the head, and then messing with the limbs to line up the car parts. Snap them together, then push the ends toward the center to collapse it all into place.
