Description This is my submission for the Forced Creativity Project [link]
Topic: My Favourite Childhood Memory.

He may be missing ears because I chewed them off.
His fur might be missing because I always held him tightly everywhere.
He has gone to teddy hospital more times than my mother can remember.
But even at 19 years of age, he is my favourite childhood memory and a teddy I still love.

It somehow has a deep meaning to this photo...
I have a teddy-bear like thing my self, except for that she is a pink bunny.
< 33
And her eyes are missing, her ear is falling apart, and her legs are gone.
But I still love her so.

Awwwww....... Thats so cute. I had a toy like that too. I brought him everywhere. (He was a toy cat named King Kong) I love that toy. They say that a toy is never happy untill it is loved by a child. If that is any earmark, these favorite toys must be overjoyed.
I'm going to have to submit a photo of my "boo-boo", now. (You've got me thinking....) ::

I used to have a doll that almost looked like that^^ It was my favoritest doll, and I was sad to see her go... The photo really shows that a lot of love went to that bear

where did she go?
I had parents who believed it was unnatural to take away a children's toy (complete hippies) and that a child would eventually get rid of it on their own.
He still sits in my room and occasionally shares some bed space with Ben and I.
I never got the courage to throw him away.

I believe my mom threw it away one day. I wasn't playing with her anymore, but I still love to see her everyday^^

yeah, I am the same way.
I recently gave away the majority of my toys to an organization who passes them on to children in foster homes or low income families who need a little comfort. I was honoured to have them being given to someone who would love again.
I still have about five teddy's left.
My yellow teddy, my mom wants to keep.. turns out she had a favourite.

Heh heh..being the oldest and healthiest of my family I really never had any toys I kept for long, but it does remind me of my brother. He was born premature and was very small and sickly when he was brought home. To help give him company my grandma made him a little doll that was as big as he was. Anyway he still has the doll and gave it to his son who wasn't born prmature thankfully. The dolls 23 years old and looks like hell ^_^

I was an anxious child growing up. Boo Boo helped to relieve anxiety.
My mom tried to get rid of him by telling me that she had given him to the garbageman for safe keeping. I would always find him in the same place, a bottom drawer.
She never yelled at me for taking him back, just kept sewing him up for me.

P.S
If you watch the simpson, Mr. Burns loses a teddy named Boo Boo who , by the time he gets him back, looked exactly like my Boo Boo. First time I watched the episode as a little child, I started to cry.
