I used a program called PhotoScape. It's free for download.
There's an option where you can put pictures together to a GIF. You can also set the pace of the frames etc. It's very spartan but enough to make a simple flip note GIF

Oh gott, das hast du ohne Leuchttisch gemacht? Krass. (Am Fenster gepaust? XD )
Meine letzten Animationsversuche hab ich mit Leuchttisch gemacht, weil's halt einfacher ist. :'D Aber der wurde mir von meinen Eltern geschenkt, sonst hätte ich wohl auch keinen, weil knauserig. X'D''

Ich hab gaanz dünnes billigpapier genommen. Konnte es dann zwar nicht ganz genau übernehmen aber naja..

ich wollt eig. auch mal am pc was animieren aber iwie bin ich da noch nich so ganz durchgestiegen x'D

Jaa, das mit den Armen beim Fenster abpausen hab ich auch immer gehabt früher. Zumindest wurden die krass schwer nach kurzer Zeit schon. @__@
Eine Freundin von mir hatte irgendwie da nie Probleme mit. Kein Plan warum. °-°

PC ist doch auch nicht anders als Analag, nur halt ohne scannen und mit besseren radieren und korrigieren... X'D

ich hab mir mal das kostenlose programm pencil geholt aber so richtig auseinandergesetzt damit hab ich mcih noch nicht xD" .. vector layer und bitmap layer und son kram @_@

I drew each part of the movements on a seperate paper. I took some really transparent paper so I could copy most of the previous picture but if you have a lighttable or any other kind of light you can draw on you can use any kind of paper (and it´s more comfortable)
it´s a total of 8 pictures.
then I scanned them i cut them to the right size and put them together to a gif animation. I was using photo scale for that (you can download it for free) but you can use anything that works for you.
