This is Jessie, from Team Rocket! hahaShe is a plastic person-shaped frame wrapped with thread. I made it a long time ago, forgot about it, rediscovered it, and then decided to post a picture here
The pokemon cards are there for size reference/background. Only the die-hard old-timer Pokemon fans would know that Jessie once had a Lickitung!
Jessie belongs to whoever designed the character. Satoshi Tajiri? I don't know.

Ha! I'm not a die-hard OR old-timer fan, and I knew about the lickitung.. I just recently started watching several episodes of the show just to see what I missed when I was little. She still has the lickitung as far as where I'm at. xD
