Description Here’s a sketch of one of my Original Characters, Retrograde! Enjoy!

Name: Retrograde
Gender: non-binary
Spark Type: Constructed Cold
City of Origin: Not Applicable (M.T.O., Brought online for Operation: Flashpoint)
Alt-Mode: None (Monoformer)
Allegiance: Autobots
Rank: Corporal, Mercury Squadron, 311th Unconventional Warfare Division

Biographical Data: Retrograde is one of the most notable members of Mercury Squadron, a special unit whose purpose is to field test newly created technology and weaponry fresh from the labs of Kimia and Tebba Stations. While his position means that they end up using a wide variety of weapons, their favorite piece of equipment (which they even managed to persuade their C.O. to let them keep), is the Disrupto-Pack, which they frequently use to (mostly) great effect in battle. Although several members of Mercury Squad resent being made to constantly field test new equipment instead of fighting on the front lines, Retrograde’s upbeat personality allows them to just take it in stride, which also comes in handy when the newest of Brainstorm’s ludicrously unconventional weaponry blows up in their face.

Abilities/Weaponry: Retrograde possesses a small subspace compartment on their chest to store large amounts of equipment. In addition, they also have the Disrupto-Pack, a device invented by the Autobot scientist Tripwire that sends out remote jamming signals designed to sabotage and disrupt Decepticon equipment. As per their position, Retrograde also has access to a large variety of experimental weapons and equipment from Kimia and Tebba. Their latest weapon that they’re testing is the TFM-64 Acid Projector, a rifle that fires acid rounds designed to penetrate and melt through enemy armored plating.

Vulnerabilities: While they’ve worked hard to compensate for it, Retrograde’s lack of an alt mode gives them a distinct lack of mobility, making them fairly reliant on their teammates in battle. Luckily, due to their sociableness and friendliness, they have strong support from their teammates. Their other major vulnerability is the occasional malfunction of whatever new equipment they’re testing, which can backfire with various levels of disaster for everyone nearby.
