Thought Iād redesign Reverse Flash to go with the Flash I sketched yesterday! Made his uniform a bit more high-tech and futuristic (he IS from the 25th Century, after all), and over all wanted to make him more unique, and not just a color-swapped Flash. So Enjoy!
